All your meals will arrive in an individual microwaveable & oven friendly containers in a thermal lined insulated box and if need be depending on the weather with ice packs. All the individual food containers and the seal screen are 100% recyclable.
The $20 subscription fee is a one-time charge that applies only to subscription orders. This fee helps us ensure commitment to the service and allows us to offer discounted meal plans with added convenience for our regular customers.
Subscribing to our meal plan delivery is simple! Just follow these steps:
- Visit our website and choose the meal plan that suits your needs.
- Select 6 minimum meals
- Select the subscription option every 7 dais, and proceed to checkout.
- Complete your payment, including the one-time $20 subscription fee, and you’re all set!

To switch to a different meal plan on your subscription:
- Log in to your account and select a new meal plan (minimum of 6 meals) to add to your cart.
- Choose the ‘every 7 days’ delivery option and proceed to checkout.
- Once the new meal plan is set, navigate to your ‘Subscriptions’ section.
- Pause or delete your previous meal plan subscription.
- You can also adjust your meal preferences before completing the switch.
By canceling your old subscription, your new plan will take effect seamlessly!

Automated subscription payments and orders will be created based on the following schedule:
- For Sunday delivery, Monday Up Island delivery, and Monday pickup, orders will be created on Wednesday.
- For Wednesday delivery and pickup, orders will be created on Saturday.
This ensures everything is prepared in advance for your scheduled delivery or pickup.
Yes, you can change meals on your subscription! Simply log in to your account, navigate to the ‘Subscriptions’ section, and view the current meal selection. Click the drop-down menu next to the meal you want to change, select the new meal, and wait for the change to be confirmed.
Please note, changes must be made before the order is created, and there’s no need to proceed to checkout—your payment will be processed automatically on the scheduled date.
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept used containers back. If you do not intend to keep them, we encourage you to please recycle them as they are 100% recyclable made from 100% recycled products.
Please leave them outside for the next upcoming delivery and we will pick them up, if you no longer like to continue our services- the cooler bags have to be returned to our location at 1527 Amelia st Victoria bc
Eat the meals you get from FreeBeet , drink lots of water, and avoid consuming sugars and alcohol. Speak to your doctor or trainer about incorporation an exercise program you can follow throughout the week.

All our meal containers are BPA free, microwaveable and oven friendly.
For microwave we recommend you peeling the seal off from 2 opposite corners and heating it for 1-4 minutes depending on how warm you like your meals. Heating time varies depending on the power of your appliance and personal preference.
Our meals are to be consumed within 4 days(except salads, salads are good for a few days) of the delivery provided the seal is not peeled or ripped and the meals are placed in the fridge the whole time between 3°C to 5°C. Please throw out any meals left in the fridge for more than 4 days. If you have leftover meals and you do not wish to waste any food, we recommend you freeze the meals with in 2 days of delivery provided the seal is not peeled or ripped from anywhere and the meals were in the fridge since delivery at the recommended temperatures.
To eat the meal you have frozen we recommend you simply thaw the meal overnight in the fridge and warm it up and you will be ready to eat.
Once defrosted please consume the meal within 24 hours
Your order will be delivered or available for pickup on the day you selected during checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details, including your delivery or pickup time window. If you need to make any changes or have further questions, feel free to reach out to us!
We deliver all our deliveries on Wednesdays and Sundays (Tuesdays and Saturdays ) throughout the day between 9 am-9 pm depending on where you live. Please understand delivery times are estimated and can be delayed depending on traffic or weather.

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, don’t worry! We have a notification system in place to notify you of your upcoming delivery. We strongly recommend arranging for someone to be available during the delivery window to receive your meals. However, if you’re not home, the driver will do their best to contact you for further instructions. If no contact is made, the driver will leave the package as discreetly as possible by your door or with your concierge, if accessible. If it’s not safe to leave the package, the driver will take it back to our facility, and it will be available for pick-up the following day.
Please note that once the package has been delivered and left at the designated location, FreeBeets and the driver hold no further liability for the safety of the package or its contents.

Weekly delivery every Sunday. Order cutoff 11:59pm Tuesday. All orders after this time will be delivered the following weekend.
Steps to use your gift card:
Step 1:
Visit our website and explore the various meal plans or individual meals available. Select the option that best suits your needs, and click Add to Cart.
Step 2:
In the top right corner of the screen, you’ll see a shopping bag icon displaying the number of items you’ve added. Click on this icon to review the contents of your cart.
Step 3:
Double-check your order to ensure everything is correct, then click Checkout to proceed.
Step 4:
You’ll be prompted to choose between Delivery or PickupÂ
- Delivery:Â If you prefer delivery, you will need to provide your full delivery address and select a preferred delivery date.
- Pickup:Â If you opt for pickup, please choose our pickup location and select a convenient date and time for collection.
Step 5:
Next, enter your billing information, including your address and payment details (such as credit card information). This applies to both delivery and pickup options.
Step 6:
On the right side of the checkout page, you’ll find two fields labeled Promo Code and Gift Card Code.
Please retrieve the gift card code from the email we sent you, then copy and paste it into the Gift Card Code field. After that, click Apply to activate your gift card.
Step 7:
You will see the total in your cart automatically updated to reflect the amount applied to your gift card. Once that’s done, click Proceed to Checkout to finalize your order.
From there, we’ll take over and ensure everything is prepared to perfection. If you’ve chosen delivery, we’ll notify you when your meals are on the way. If you’ve selected pickup, we’ll confirm when your order is ready for collection at your chosen time.
Here is what we are doing to communicate and confirm your order status.
There are 3 notifications:
either via email or text to keep you informed and excited about your meal arrives.
informing you that we are preparing your order the day before
giving you a heads up that your deliciousness is on the truck coming your way
once we have delivered it to you, you will receive a final notification
The email will also provide you with a link showing tracking of your order so sometimes timing varies due to traffic and other circumstances. The delivery vehicle has a perfect 0 degrees Celsius temperature to guarantee the freshness and deliciousness of your meals. Please note that it’s important for the meal to be refrigerated within an hour hour and a half of delivery.
If you live in a condo be aware that delivery will be left into the Lobby of your Condo or Apartment building.
Customers on subscription: Please make sure to have empty cooler bags available for pick up.
